Does my Home Brick or stone require maintenance work?
Well. That depends. Have you had your brick and stone inspected since install? While an incredibly durable exterior option, it will occasionally need basic maintenance work.
How will I know what work is required?
GRS does NOT begin any work without first reviewing your Home Maintenance Program outline with you. We will review both priority and future recommendations for work and will provide a quote on request.
I just bought my home. Isn’t my fireplace safe already?
That depends on the installer and previous homeowners. Surprisingly, it is not illegal to sell a home without a fireplace certification inspection.
How often do I require brick and stone maintenance?
With Canadian weather, GRS recommends a yearly review. An initial review will be more detailed and will take longer. Once we are familiar with your home, we can touch base yearly for a check, or more frequently if you’d like.
